Terms & conditions for Dental Implants Offer

• The offer is based on discounts provided to the customers by the business, based on reduction in cost of materials, and other cost components that make up the price. These discounts have no bearing on the quality of the treatments, as regardless of the pricing, every customer is looked after the same way. The offer is time bound and is available till the end of November 2023
• If you have private health insurance, the rebates will be independent of the pricing we have provided, and the client needs to check with their insurance regarding eligibility and rebates prior to commencing the treatments
• Interest free payment plans are not available for these treatments
• The client needs to pay 70% at the start of the treatment and 30% at the last stage of the treatment, which will be called out in the treatment plan
• Delay in settling the invoice will attract 2% interest compounding on the outstanding amount
• Customers who do not complete the treatment, as per the timelines provided by the dentist, may have to pay for rework, if there are any issues of fit for purpose work, due to delays in attending to the procedure on time( Some procedures are time sensitive, and with delays, there may be rework required)

Cancellation terms: Deposits collected for securing of appointments

• will be used to offset of appointment cancellation costs. If the client
• cancels the appointment under 24 hour for convenience or in a no show
• situation Dentists on Warrigal Cheltenham reserve the rights to use the security amount
• towards cancellation costs to the business. The cancellation fee within 24 hours is $100.00 and No show fee of $150.00 – Rescheduling of appointment on the day to another date or another time of the appointment will attract $100.00 fee. Dentists on Warrigal Cheltenham reserves the right to charge this fee.

Private Health Insurance

While communicating with Dentist on Warrigal which is a dental practice, health insurance is referred to as dental insurance. Instances where patrons have hospital cover but no dental cover, Dentist on Warrigal is not obliged to provide a preferred provider scheduled fee.

It is solely the patron’s responsibility to make sure that they have active or current dental insurance cover while undertaking the dental procedures. Dentist on Warrigal, may provide general guidelines about what is covered and what is not under dental insurance, is not liable for any outcome of rebates from respective health funds while claiming for costs from the practice.

In a situation where dental cover is absent/expired/claim denied/rejected, Dentist on Warrigal shall charge standard fees and provide an invoice. It is the responsibility of the patron to deal with the insurer and sort the issues out.

Child Dental Benefits Schedule

Child Dental Benefits Schedule provides dental services, including dental exams, dental X-rays, professional scale and clean, fissure sealants, tooth-coloured fillings, root canal treatment, and tooth removal procedures.

The benefits are not available for orthodontic or cosmetic dental services and can’t be used for services provided in a hospital.

Take advantage of the $1,095 benefit to pay for your child’s dental services for 2 years.

If the funds aren’t fully used up during the first year, you can still use them for the next year.

After the 2nd year, any outstanding balance will not be carried to the next year.
